Hand-push dispensers - where the unit has a mechanical element to push for receipt of a measured amount of sanitiser - are less expensive than touch-free dispensers but can be overlooked as an option because of the potential for cross-infection through people touching the push panel. However, each person touching the push panel should, in theory, receive a measure of sanitiser and therefore be protected.
 
Whatever dispenser type you chose, chose a sanitiser liquid that is suitable for dispensing and clean out your unit(s) regularly (flush through with warm water) to ensure clogging is avoided.
