Fun and Fit Bike was launched in 2018 to meet the growing demand for effective ways of promoting health and wellbeing improvement to people of all ages and abilities.

Now established as a Community Interest Company (CIC), we work with organisations of all types to help their stakeholders embrace healthier lifestyles.

In education, workplace, and community, our unique approach of using fun interactive experiences - designed using NHS and WHO expertise - is proving highly successful in encouraging health and wellbeing improvement.

​

During the Covid-19 pandemic, our activities were restricted but we are now experiencing even greater demand as organisations seek to support their stakeholders.
