Q. How is the experience delivered?
A. Our qualified team can deliver the Easy Rider experience at your chosen location, or you can hire the bikes and deliver the experience yourself using our easy-to-use delivery manual.

Q. What does the customer need to provide?
A. Just the space and the people! We provide everything else needed to deliver a fun-filled engaging event to ensure your guests have a great time.

Q. How many people can enjoy the experience?
A. Experiences can be delivered to groups of ten to two hundred people in the morning, afternoon, half-day and full-day periods. For bigger groups, we can deliver the experience over a number of days.

Q. What age groups can participate?
A. Anyone aged 7+ can enjoy Fun and Fit Bike and since the bikes are static and under the supervision of our team, participation can be undertaken safely.

Q. What abilities are required to participate?
A. Ideally, if you can sit on the bike and pedal, you can enjoy the experience, but if not, you can still enjoy the visual experience - and of course, a tasty fresh drink!

Q. What drinks are included?
A. Depending on the experience being delivered, we provide a selection of fresh fruit smoothie, shake or juice drinks. We can discuss these with you at the time of booking - and amend to suit any specific requirements. For special occasions (usually private events/parties) we can provide treat recipes such as ice-cream sundaes and cocktails/mocktails.

Q. How long does it take to make a drink?
A. Riders can make their refreshing fresh fruit juice, smoothie or shake in under a minute, so lots of people can enjoy the experience.

Q. What about food allergies?
A. We avoid ingredients containing dairy, gluten and nuts. Clients are always requested to provide details of any guests with allergies so that we can take the necessary additional precautions.

Q. What about food hygiene?
A. We operate to the highest standard of food hygiene. All foods are prepared and used in conjunction with the Food Standard Agency regulations. Our food prep facility has been inspected and certificated by Food Standards Scotland.

Q. What are bike safety standards?
A. The Fun and Fit Bike is manufactured in the UK to British standards and is operated using proven safety procedures to ensure user enjoyment and protection. The appropriate public liability insurance is also in place.
