Most of us know from our childhood that riding a bike is great fun - it's also good for mental and physical health and wellbeing.

Our Fun and Relaxing Rides Experience enables both experienced and first-time riders to have that enjoyment - and the wellbeing benefits that come with it.

​

Using our state of the art Virtual Reality headsets, and from the safety of our static bikes, riders can enjoy cycling along Californian pine trails, Mediterranean beach promenades and the grounds of a country house.

​

It's great fun, relaxes the mind and body and can be therapuetic for people with anxiety, confidence, stress and certain levels of autism, ADHD and Alzheimer’s Disease.

 

It's also a great way to safely introduce people who have never ridden a bike before to cycling and encourage their take-up of the activity as a means of improving their health and wellbeing.
